Working for a large multinational automotive company based at the Electronics campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain) and are looking for highly qualified engineers who want to work in a global leader in automotive technology. Passionate about industrial engineering and automation, interested in electronics and new technologies.

We are looking for a Industrial Process Engineer to plan and manage product industrialization, ensure process quality, capacity and efficiency, focused on continuous improvement of production in a high growth environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • New triggers the industrialization of production and the establishment of lines identifying and introducing new technologies into production.
  • Provide direction in the design and planning phase of new production lines as well as ensure proper industrialization of the project for smooth introduction of new products to the market by meeting each defined project milestone.
  • Support innovation and ensure the technological development of processes and production equipment, the implementation of innovative projects with new concepts in accordance with the Factory 4.0 strategy.
  • Design manufacturing processes by preparing technical and cost improvement studies against quality, customer and Lear standards.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree will be a plus)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive personality, showing initiative
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge/Understanding of Electronics Manufacturing (SMT / Automation / Testing)
